Ford transit custom 2.2 100bhp 2016
We were contacted by a customer who wanted more power from his Ford Transit Custom for work purposes. The same day we went out to the vehicle that had already had a DPF and EGR solution on it. When we arrived, we read the vehicle and analysed the file that was already on there. We found that it was of poor quality……..(to say the least!) Whilst reading the vehicle we found that the EGR and DPF had not been done correctly and with several things missing that certainly shouldn’t have been! Due to this we reverted the van back to “standard” before adding “OUR” DPF and EGR solutions, accompanied by our stage 1 tune with very good figures gained from this. It just goes to show….just because you have the tools to do the job……it doesn’t mean you can do it properly! 🤷♂️
